METRICS THAT MATTER:

THE NUMBERS THAT GUIDE GROWTH

It’s easy to get caught up in the day-to-day of serving customers, managing staff, handling finances, and putting out fires. But growth doesn’t happen by accident. It happens when we focus on the right things and measure what truly moves us and our business forward. We’ll explore the core idea behind measuring what matters and how small business owners can apply it without complicated software dashboards or corporate-level analytics. We’ll use simple frameworks to help you clarify your priorities and choose metrics that actually matter. Whether you run a retail shop, service business, online brand, or growing local company, you’ll discover practical ways to turn everyday data into insight.

You’ll Learn:

- How to identify the 3–5 metrics that matter most in your business

- The difference between “vanity metrics” and decision-driving metrics

- A simple way to track progress without adding hours to your schedule

- How measuring the right things helps you stay focused, confident, and strategic

-You'll leave with a clear starting point for tracking the numbers that matter most in your business
